30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If Swoop does not work for you, email support@swoop.io.vn within 30 days of purchase and request a refund.
What to Include
To help us find your order, include:
- The email address used for purchase.
- Your Lemon Squeezy order number or receipt, if available.
- A short note about the problem, if you are willing to share it.
How Refunds Are Processed
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.
It can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
License Revocation
When a refund is issued, the related Swoop license key may be disabled and may no longer activate or unlock the app.
Abuse
We may decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside the 30-day refund window, subject to Lemon Squeezy's own policies and applicable law.
